Amazon.com

I have only used amazon.com a few times. Needless to say the last two have been terrible experiences. I am cheep so I don't pay extra for shipping faster. So the Stollometer I ordered I cancelled because it was taking forever to get here. The DVD's I ordered were supposed to get here yesterday. I called and they think they are lost in the mail. So I am getting them resent to me free of charge arriving on 2/12 I ordered everything 1/21. I guess free of charge is good but why do they take so long to even locate their items in the warehouse. So many other companies are so much faster. Remind me not to use amazon.com again.
