Time out

Ok, I am taking a time out from my favorite things. But I am sharing something pretty cool. Blik. I have been thinking about the nursery lately. Since #3, as we so affectionately call it, is in the office for awhile I want something fun & baby & adult all wrapped into one.

I have already decided on a color scheme. Black & white. So I scanned Target and found some stuff. I created a registry just to keep a list of things I like together. Then I googled wall stickers, I was thinking along the line of fatheads but different. I found Blik. Oh my. I love about 10 different things. It's a good thing I have a few months to get this together.

What I will be doing for the nursery/office/sewing room is:
1. curtains
2. bedding set - sheet & bumper
3. buy another & re-arrange desk so that sewing machines can be on 1/2, thanks ikea for being cheap
4. crib out of storage and teeth marks sanded out + painted
5. organize closet so that I can get at crafting/sewing stuff without unstacking heavy storage boxes each time I need something
6. getting a system down for mail/bills organization
7. set up a nursing station

Not too bad. The fun parts are the decorating. I would really like a fun/funky mirror above the crib but at the same time I don't really want things hanging over the crib.
