I read an article in the newspaper about how the dairy industry is really struggling right now. As much as I wish I could support them, I have had to cut all dairy out of my diet. It also looks like onions and spicy foods are out. I am starting to suspect citrus as well.
Why cut all these good foods out? Some kind of weight loss plan? NO. It's a fussy baby. I have been trying to be a good sport and keep a positive attitude, but it's old already.
Oh well, moving on. It is just part of being a mom.
