How can the littlest things make your day? I went to pay bills and the credit union's web bill pay was down. So I had to call to pay my power bill, because I was nervous it would be late. Anyways, when I called the bill was about $80 less on the phone than on the paper. So I waited to talk to a person and he told me it was a credit to my account because the price of gas was less than what we actually paid for. Nice!
These are the things that excite me. I would have over paid if the website was working properly.
By the way. Apparently they don't care if your bill is a couple of days late. I was told to wait for my bank's site to come back up vs paying a fee of $1.40 to pay over the phone. I guess they can't charge you for a late bill. I wouldn't try that with a credit card.
