We survived the inspection, barely. I was sent away from the house and Jerry dealt with the landlord. That is our new solution, Jerry gets to deal with him.
It's snowing, again. I have not been following the weather and I wasn't expecting this one. Its doesn't change much for weekly stay-in Saturdays.
I was a big blob of a mom today and didn't get out of my pj's. Tomorrow I will have more motivation. Today was a recoup day from all of the anxiety of the inspection.
We were supposed to find out how many gallons per minute we have our well, but it was rescheduled. Maybe this week. I would really like to find out before Easter.
I think the week after next we will start house plans. Some big decisions headed our way.
That's it.

Update on Interesting
I probably shouldn’t throw out a post with half of the information. Hannah and James are fine; James caught it second and is almost better. Hannah is all better and running around with a new mischievous attitude.
I didn’t get to ski, kind of a bummer now that I am home with kids that are better. I did learn about pushing it to get to a location to make everyone happy. I have to take care of my kids first.
We have snow on the ground this morning but I bet by the afternoon it is gone. It is sunny outside. It might even be a good day to bundle up the kids and take them on a walk, for the change of pace.

Interesting time of year
Interesting is my word of all words. It fits for when I like something and when I don't like something. Or when I am confused. I like the snow. But I also like routine. So this makes it an interesting time of year.
We have been housebound and are fighting RSV in both kids. Hannah even got a hospital stay for it up in Mammoth. But that is a whole new story that I don't feel like blogging about.
Interesting behavior from myself includes dragging the treadmil into the livingroom from the garage. Planning out the future home in my head. Hopefully I can find all the words and pictures so that those around me can help me build it. Watching all my saved up DVR'd tv so that now we are back to Noggin 24hrs a day.

Rain, packing & other things
Our beautiful snow has turned into rain. Last night I seriously started thinking about an evacuation plan. I couldn't believe how much rain we got. Its great for aquifers and all, but it sets in some serious cabin fever and lazy behaviour for me.
My little boy is going crazy he has been couped up and his volume level has been turned to high as a result.
Little peanut girl has just caught something that has given her a fever, runny nose and a horse voice.
We are headed up to Mammoth tomorrow. So in my infinite wisdom I decided I would do all the laundry and pack and clean the house in one day. WELL, this doesn't go great with a lazy mood. Packing has turned into - grab this biggest suitcases we have and just stuff them with anything we may possibly need. Which is Jerry style and very much not Stephanie style. I am sooo over it.
I am looking forward to tumbling down some hills, I have great skiing skills. My husband is a good supporter of the un-athletic monkey woman. It's fun to spend the time together. I laugh though because I wear his old ski stuff and it looks like he has a man partner skiing with him and he must get some funny looks when I hug him. So he decided I needed pink goggles to offset the manliness that is his wife.

SNOW!
We have been having a blast this week. It has snowed almost 4 days in a row. I am loving the adventure of it. It makes me glad we moved up on this mountain. Where we are renting is about 4000 ft and we ended up with about 12 inches of snow. It's raining now so it is melting quick. Where our property is its about 5100 ft and I would say there was at least 3 ft of snow there. We did drive out to Lockwood valley and went up the dirt road where a neighbor had been using his tractor for plowing. We couldn't get on our road but I ran out to the shack for Jerry's snowboard. We had been storing it out there and we needed it for our trip to Mammoth next week. Check out the pictures on flickr for a better idea. I wish I could post some here but it takes forever and a day.
